Cory & Christine Smith
Founding DirectorsCory is a Virginia native and attended VCU where he received his undergraduate degree in Biology and his Masters in Teaching. At VCU, Cory played soccer and volunteered with Young Life. After finishing college, Cory worked for Young Life for 4 years in Virginia, before moving to Colorado.
After finishing his time with Young Life, Cory worked as Lead Estimator for a local painting company. During that time, he and Xan gave birth to the mission of TG.
Cory has been married to his beautiful bride, Christine for 20 years. They have 2 children, their 12 year old daughter, Sage, and 7 year old son, Cedar. Email Cory at cory@trainingground.com
